We currently pierce ages four and up only.

In order for a minor to get pierced at Think Ink Tattoo Company, the State of Michigan REQUIRES that we have the parent or legal guardian present with valid, government issued identification as well as the original birth certificate for the minor with matching information to the parent/guardian ID.

Piercing Discounts

First piercing is full price, each piercing after is discounted by $10.

Payments are due immediately at the end of each session. We accept cash and cards as our only payment methods. For card payments, a 3% service fee will be added to the total payment. Cash payments do not have any additional charge.


All tools and needles are disposable – one time use only.

All of our jewelry used for piercing  is sterilized using exceptionally efficient sterilizing equipment. Our machine is routinely inspected and tested to ensure that it is working correctly. We utilize a Statim 2000 G4. We do not use piercing guns for any procedure. Our goal is to always utilize the best sterilization and piercing equipment to ensure the health and safety of our clients.

As for any health problems, allergies, and contraindications – please warn us about this in advance.

For your protection and the safety of others, you are required to notify us ahead of time if any of the following applies to you:
– You have previously tested positive for Covid-19.
– You have traveled within the past 14 days.
– You have felt ill or been exposed to other individuals showing symptoms of illness within the past 14 days.

If you have a fever, or if you show any other active symptoms like sneezing or coughing, we will assist you with rescheduling your appointment.
